RBC recently organised its first Scone-Making Workshop featuring guest chef, James Robert Brown Willis from Roll ’n’ Scone Baking Company.
The workshop provided an opportunity for our chefs to gain greater exposure and hands-on experience in the fundamentals of scone-making, including techniques, preparation methods, and presentation.
It was an insightful session filled with knowledge-sharing, learning, and culinary exchange as part of RBC’s continuous commitment to developing and enhancing our team’s skills.
