The Anjung Saujana Restaurant has unveiled its refreshed identity at the Brunei International Airport. Now rebranded as The Airport Restaurant by Anjung Saujana, the transition marks a new chapter for the establishment and reaffirms its position as the airport’s signature dining destination.
For five decades, the various iterations of “The Airport Restaurant” have been operated by Royal Brunei Culinary (RBC), serving generations of travellers and local diners with familiar flavours that have become part of the airport’s culinary landscape. Anjung Saujana has long been known for its blend of traditional and contemporary cuisine. With its refreshed identity, The Airport Restaurant by Anjung Saujana embodies this legacy while presenting a renewed look, brand direction, and dining experience.
To celebrate the relaunch, The Airport Restaurant will offer a curated selection of nostalgic favourites throughout December. These dishes, prepared by long-serving chefs who have been part of the Airport Restaurant’s journey for decades, include classics such as claypot noodles, banana split alfresco, and traditional kuih jala, giving diners the chance to revisit flavours from past menus.
The refreshed identity aligns with RBC’s 50th anniversary and reflects the company’s commitment to honouring its culinary heritage while continuing to evolve. The Airport Restaurant by Anjung Saujana will remain a trusted and familiar choice for airport visitors, offering comfort, consistency, and a renewed dining experience in its modern setting.
