أنا باحثة يمنية، مقيمة في بروناي دار السلام، أحمل بين يديّ علمًا، وبين أضلعي رسالة، وبين خطواتي دربًا طويلًا من السعي الصادق نحو الشفاء، التوعية، والنور.

أكاديميًا، أنا حاصلة على دكتوراه في أصول الدين – قسم الدعوة من جامعة السلطان الشريف علي الإسلامية، حيث كان بحثي حول "الإعلام الصحي وعلاقته بالدعوة"، بالإضافة إلى ماجستير في التفسير من نفس الجامعة، بعنوان "التغذية في القرآن الكريم"، وهو مجال أؤمن بأنه يجمع بين طب السماء وواقع الإنسان.
كما أحمل ماجستير في طب الأعشاب من الجامعة المفتوحة بالقاهرة، وبكالوريوس في المكتبات والمعلومات من جامعة صنعاء، بالإضافة إلى دبلوم في الأدب الإندونيسي ودبلوم سكرتارية.

خبرتي العملية تمتد لأكثر من 18 عامًا، جمعت فيها بين العلاج بالأعشاب، والإعلام الصحي، والتعليم، والأدب.
أسست علامتي التجارية EFTEHANZ HERBAL التي أقدّم من خلالها منتجات طبيعية تعالج الجسد، وتحتضن الروح، وأصمّم برامج استشفاء متكاملة، منها مشروبات وكريمات وزيوت تعالج السكري، العقم، اضطرابات الدم، الكلى، الجلد، والشعر.

أنا أيضًا أديبة وشاعرة وصحفية، نشرت أعمالًا أدبية مثل "كأي حلم"، "لأنك بعضي", "نص حبيبتك الخائنة"، وشاركت في مهرجانات أدبية ومؤتمرات علمية، وقدّمت أوراقًا حول العلاقة بين الصحة والعبادة، الصيام، والمفاهيم النفسية والجسدية في الإسلام. كما نُشر لي عدد من الدراسات في مجلات علمية مرموقة.

عملت في التعليم، في الإعلام، في المكتبات، مع الأيتام، ومع الجامعات، ومع المرضى الباحثين عن أمل، ولم أفصل يومًا بين العلم والرحمة، ولا بين البحث والدعاء.

رسالتي هي أن أعيد للروح نورها، وللجسد توازنه، وللعقل وعيه. أن أدمج بين العلم الحديث والحكمة القديمة، وبين الإيمان العميق والطب النبوي، لأصنع منهجًا فريدًا في العلاج والتوجيه.

أنا امرأة تعرف من أين أتت، وإلى أين تمضي، وتحمل في كلماتها نورًا، وفي نَفَسها شفاءً، وفي نيتها صدقًا يسبق الخطى...
