Calling all Yogis in Brunei.
Thrilled to announce a unique collaboration with studio when I am back in Brunei. Join me in February for a workshop series where we would practise together, explore healthy ROM, advanced poses and make safe adjustments.
Dates: 27 February (Friday) to 28 February (Saturday)
Time: 5pm – 7.30pm (Friday), 3pm to 5.30pm (Saturday)
Flexibility to register for just one day OR Get onto a two days bundle to save! Early bird registration ends on the 22 February.
Day 1: Breathwork, Twisting sequence, Peak poses, Adjustments
