They’re short, gentle, and visual- because emotional coaching starts early, and your calm presence teaches them safety.

You don’t have to get it perfect. Just show up with love ❤️and steady energy. That’s the real magic.

Early Childhood esp ages 0-6 years is a critical developmental period when the brain is highly flexible and forming its core emotional wiring.

Adults/ parents can teach children how to:
- understand feelings
- respond calmly to stress
- use calming tools or strategies like deep breathing, asking for help, or taking breaks.

As children grow older, the emotional habits and coping strategies become more fixed and rigid. So we teach them early on how to deal stress or big emotions in a healthy ways, these will become their “go-to” strategies. If they haven’t, then it becomes harder (but not impossible) to unlearn the unhelpful strategies later (shouting, throwing things, aggressive etc).

LITTLE BRAINS ARE SUPER FLEXIBLE LIKE CLAY. This is the best time to teach emotional habits that stick for life. Why wait? start young!
