Hoje o dia está sendo especial.

Estamos no laboratório de anatomia. Um dia inteiro dedicado ao estudo profundo da anatomia de face. Estamos ajudando os cirurgiões que querem se desenvolver nas técnicas de Facelift Deep Plane, compartilhando tudo que sabemos.

Os cirurgiões tem a oportunidade de treinar todas as manobras que fazemos durante as cirurgias com o nosso auxílio. Assim, transmitimos um pouco do nosso conhecimento e experiência. E eles podem se desenvolver mais rápido.

E claro, sempre aprendemos detalhes novos para acrescentarmos nas nossas cirurgias.

Today has been a special day.

We’re in the anatomy lab—an entire day dedicated to an in-depth study of facial anatomy. We’re helping surgeons who want to develop their skills in Deep Plane Facelift techniques by sharing everything we know.

They have the opportunity to practice all the maneuvers we perform during surgery, with our guidance. This way, we pass on our knowledge and experience, allowing them to progress more quickly.

And of course, we’re always learning new details to incorporate into our own surgeries.

In the end, everyone benefits—especially our patients, who will be cared for even better.❤️🙏🏻

O segundo dia do International Deep Plane Brazil está incrível.

Hoje tivemos aulas interessantíssimas pela manhã e três cirurgias demonstrativas ao vivo com o da Romênia, do Marrocos e de Nova Iorque.

Poder participar das cirurgias e compreender cada pequeno detalhe é o que nos faz continuar crescendo, desenvolvendo e melhorando mais.

E só tenho a agradecer ao pela oportunidade. E amanhã teremos mais!❤️

The second day of the International Deep Plane Brazil has been incredible.

This morning we had very insightful lectures, followed by three live surgical demonstrations with from Romania, from Morocco, and from New York.

Being able to take part in the surgeries and understand every small detail is what allows us to keep growing, evolving, and improving.

I’m truly grateful to for the opportunity—and there’s more to come tomorrow! ❤️

Eu estou em São Paulo no International Deep Plane Brazil 2026, o maior Curso de Facelift Deep Plane do Mundo.

Mais uma vez organização impecável do meu amigo ao lado de sua esposa .

Este ano são 30 cirurgiões internacionais convidados que estarão ao lado de outros 30 cirurgiões brasileiros compartilhando o que estão fazendo bem. E eu sou um deles!

Ao longo dos próximos dias teremos aulas, cirurgias demonstrativas ao vivo e laboratório de anatomia onde iremos ajudar os cirurgiões a treinarem na técnica de Deep Plane Facelift e Facelift Endoscópico.

I’m in São Paulo at the International Deep Plane Brazil 2026, the largest Deep Plane Facelift course in the world.

Once again, an impeccable event organized by my friend alongside his wife, .

This year, 30 international surgeons are joining 30 Brazilian surgeons, all sharing what they do best—and I’m one of them!

Over the next few days, we’ll have lectures, live surgical demonstrations, and an anatomy lab where we’ll help surgeons train in Deep Plane Facelift and Endoscopic Facelift techniques.

Nos últimos anos a vida tem me surpreendido com muitos desafios mas também com oportunidades maravilhosas que antes eu apenas sonhava.

Ter uma carreira dedicada exclusivamente ao rejuvenescimento facial com as técnicas mais modernas, receber pacientes de todos os lugares e diferentes países interessadas no nosso jeito de cuidar sempre foi um objetivo.

Aos poucos fui descobrindo um segundo propósito: inspirar outros cirurgiões, especialmente os mais jovens, que tem como trilhar este caminho.

Hoje tenho tido a oportunidade de participar de diversos cursos pelo Brasil e pelo mundo compartilhando o que já aprendi enquanto aprendendo novas coisas. In recent years, life has surprised me with many challenges—but also with wonderful opportunities that I once only dreamed of.

Having a career dedicated exclusively to facial rejuvenation using the most advanced techniques, and receiving patients from all over the world who are drawn to the way we care for them, has always been a goal.

Along the way, I discovered a second purpose: to inspire other surgeons—especially younger ones—who aspire to follow this path.

Today, I’ve had the opportunity to participate in several courses across Brazil and around the world, sharing what I’ve learned while continuing to learn new things. If you’ve always wanted to be a surgeon with a career dedicated to facial rejuvenation—especially the Deep Plane Facelift—your time has come.

Applications are now open for our Annual Fellowship Program.

Over 12 months, you will work as my assistant, participate in approximately 150 Deep Plane Facelifts, and be involved in all aspects of patient care at . You’ll also attend the leading facelift courses in Brazil and around the world. In addition, you’ll gain hands-on experience in marketing, positioning, and managing a high-performance clinic, with compensation aligned with the role.

You will also perform your first Deep Plane Facelifts under my supervision.

Requirements: Board-certified plastic surgeon (RQE), a genuinely good person, and fluent in English and Spanish.

2025: The best year of my life!

Without a doubt, it was the year of greatest professional and personal growth in my life — and I’m truly happy and grateful for that!

Together with Denise, we opened Clínica Cavalli, and in less than a year, it’s already a success.

Denise and I traveled the world and grew even more connected.

I participated in 6 Deep Plane Facelift courses across Brazil and abroad, continued sharing what I know, and kept learning new things.

I remain connected to the world’s top facial surgeons — and some have become great friends.

We had the highest surgical volume in our history, and we’re now one of the most experienced Deep Plane Facelift teams in Brazil.

I continue to support young surgeons who want to grow in modern facial plastic surgery.

We welcomed patients from all over Brazil and from 8 different countries — especially the United States.

And 2026? It’ll be even better. God has already prepared everything!🙏🏻❤️
