O que faz uma pessoa atravessar estados — e até oceanos — para confiar o próprio rosto a alguém?

Muita gente me pergunta: “Doutor, não é cedo demais pra pensar em cirurgia facial com 40, 45 anos?”

E a minha resposta é sempre a mesma: quando a intenção é preservar — e não transformar — esse pode ser o melhor momento.

Nessa fase, a gente ainda consegue atuar com mais sutileza, com técnicas menos invasivas, corrigindo os primeiros sinais de flacidez, a perda leve do contorno, o começo do jowl. E o resultado? Natural, discreto e elegante. Do tipo que ninguém percebe que você operou — só que você tá mais bonita, mais leve, com o rosto mais harmônico.

Não se trata de parecer outra pessoa. É sobre continuar sendo você, só que em uma versão mais viva, mais firme, mais alinhada com o que você sente por dentro.

A cirurgia facial não precisa ser radical. Ela pode ser preventiva, planejada, moderna. E quando bem indicada, é um divisor de águas.

A lot of people ask me: “Doctor, isn’t it too early to think about facial surgery at 40 or 45?”

And I always say: when your goal is to preserve — not to transform — this might be the perfect time.

At this stage, we can act with more subtlety, using modern techniques that correct early sagging, mild contour loss, or the beginning of jowls. The result? Natural, elegant, undetectable. The kind of change no one can point out — but everyone notices.

Desperta vontades antigas, sonhos que adormeceram com o tempo, versões suas que ficaram em pausa.

Já acompanhei histórias lindas: mulheres que mudaram de carreira aos 60, que aprenderam um novo idioma, que foram viver uma vida nova, em outro país, em outro corpo, com uma nova energia.
