So I’ve recently been reading on how Olympic athletes and elite water sports champions use meditation to boost their performance, resilience, and focus on the water. Although ( let’s be honest here ) I’m not there yet, it has helped me loads with the auto sabotaging before heading to sea and I thought you would also find this info super valuable ! ⭐️ 🌊🧘♂️
