Por supuesto, I’m a full believer in the power of bodywork, yoga, therapy & the healing arts..

But when we force ourselves to do the things just because it’s what we think we should..

It doesn’t fully land with the nervous system..
It doesn’t fully benefit the mind, body, spirit connection that we are trying to bring to coherence.

Laughing
Loving
Being heard and seen,
Truly witnessed
Being in nature, among the plants and trees
Hugging on animals
Simple rituals over strict regimines..
Savoring the tasty treats life has to offer

THAT IS LIVING
THAT IS WHAT WE’RE HERE FOR
