We all need control the psychological demands necessary to perform simple and complex tasks, which involve significant responsibilities, stress, distraction or crises.
Therefore, stress is a natural reaction of the body that occurs when we experience situations of danger or threat.
This mechanism puts us in a state of alert or alarm, causing physical and emotional changes.
However, being constantly under stress is not expected, which can contribute to the emergence of various symptoms in the body, including pain.
