We can realize we are giving away our power when we are looking for approval from others. Instead of honoring our own feelings, we get confused by others' opinions. In this way, we are allowing other peoples’ fears and worries into our system.
The first step to recovering your power is to learn how to set boundaries so eventually you will be able to differentiate if you are feeling your own fears or you are feeling the fears given to you by others. It is in your best interest to assume responsibility for your decisions and your mistakes.
We cannot control everything outside of our comfort zone, but we can learn how to enjoy unpredictability and accept that life can be an adventure. In our Spirit Releasement workshop, we teach techniques for participants to free themselves from all the burdens that don’t belong to them and to reconnect with their own power.
