INGREDIENTS
100 grams sliced strawberry
200 grams of oats
2 eggs
1 pot of natural yogurt
80 ml milk
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons stevia (or other sweetener to taste)
5 tablespoons orange (freshly squeezed fruit juice)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon baking powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180º C. Combine the eggs, brown sugar, milk and yogurt in a bowl. Stir to dissolve the sugar well.
Then, squeeze the orange juice and add the vanilla extract and stevia. Mix well until you get a clear cream.
Sieve the oats to avoid lumps and place in the cream bowl. Add the baking soda and mix everything until you form a consistent mass. If you find it too runny or thick, add more oatmeal or milk until you reach the desired consistency.
Line a baking form with parchment paper and spread half the dough over it. Distribute half the strawberries and cover with the rest of the dough. Finish by spreading the other half of the strawberries on top of the dough.
Place in the oven to bake for approximately 40 minutes. To know if it's ready, stick the dough to the end with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, the cake is finished baking.
