I didnāt start this transformation because I felt ready.
I started because I felt uncomfortable. š£
After 100km (!!!) ultra marathon in less than 35 hours, I lost my momentum. It was EXHAUSTING! But also changed my whole routine for 2-3 months.
Too much food. Too many excuses.
97.3kg. š«
So I stopped waiting for January, stopped waiting for motivation and DECIDED to start anyway.
December.
Christmas.
Travel.
Real life.
I wasnāt perfect but consistent. I kept working out and hit my protein goals. Greek mamaās food wasnāt easy to balance out neither was the festive days with many social gatherings etc
45 days later: 95kg.
Goal: 90kg by March 15.
This is what no one tells you:
Nothing changes in a week.
But everything can change in 3ā6 months.
