Οι περισσότεροι δεν αποτυγχάνουν επειδή δεν προσπαθούν…

Αποτυγχάνουν γιατί κάνουν τα λάθος πράγματα για πολύ καιρό.

👉 Γυμνάζεσαι συνέχεια, αλλά νομίζεις ότι αυτό αρκεί
👉 Υποτιμάς το πιο απλό εργαλείο (το περπάτημα)
👉 Δεν έχεις καμία δομή στη διατροφή σου
👉 Τα Σαββατοκύριακα γυρνάνε όλη την εβδομάδα πίσω
👉 Και πριν δεις αποτέλεσμα… τα παρατάς

Και το πιο ύπουλο;

Τίποτα από αυτά δεν φαίνεται “λάθος”.

Όλα μοιάζουν “λογικά”.
“Εντάξει μωρέ, προσέχω…”
“Ε, ένα ΣΚ είναι…”
“Από Δευτέρα πάλι…”

👉 Και κάπως έτσι… μένεις στο ίδιο σημείο.

Η αλλαγή δεν έρχεται από περισσότερη προσπάθεια.

Έρχεται όταν βάλεις:
• δομή
• συνέπεια
• και σωστή καθοδήγηση

Δεν χρειάζεται να τα κάνεις όλα τέλεια.

Αλλά πρέπει να τα κάνεις σωστά.
