20.08.25 - 4 anos nos EUA. Esta minha segunda temporada vivendo aqui foi um ato de muita coragem e risco. Afinal, tinha a minha clínica bem estabelecida. Mas quis ousar, aprender mais, expandir. Investi pesado para estar aqui: dinheiro, tempo, emoção e esforço.

Uma jornada que está longe de ser "pic nic" (expressão do meu eterno mentor .ock), como pode parecer.

Aqui mostro minha despedida da família, amigos e cachorro (que até sua passagem aguentei firme e forte de longe 🥲 foi doído).

Obrigada a todos que me acolher no caminho.

📅 Why is July 25th celebrated as Embryologist Day?

July 25th marks the birthday of the first baby born through IVF (in vitro fertilization) — Louise Brown, born in England in 1978. Her birth was a milestone in reproductive medicine and the result of years of pioneering work by scientists like Dr. Robert Edwards and embryologist Jean Purdy.

This breakthrough opened the door to the field of clinical embryology and revolutionized fertility treatment worldwide. Since then, embryologists have played a central role in helping millions of families grow — working behind the scenes in laboratories, handling eggs, s***m, and embryos with extraordinary care and precision.

So, July 25th is not only Louise Brown’s birthday, but also a symbolic celebration of the science, dedication, and compassion of embryologists everywhere.
