8 years since that day…
Eight years ago, I crossed an invisible threshold. It was not just the end of a degree, but the beginning of a lifelong commitment to care, movement, and people. Becoming a physiotherapist taught me that the body is more than muscles and bones. It carries stories, resilience, and the ability to begin again.
Throughout these years, I learned that care goes far beyond technique. It is presence, listening, empathy, and respect for each person’s time. Every patient, every challenge, and every lesson helped shape the professional I am today.
Looking back at moments captured with inspiring professors, meaningful courses, and conferences that expanded my perspective, I clearly see how this journey was built through dedication and continuous learning.
Today, I celebrate eight years as a physiotherapist with pride and emotion, especially for living this journey in Canada. Honoring the path I’ve walked, the people who walked it with me, and everything that is still to come.
Because being a physiotherapist is not just what I do.
It is who I am. ❤️
