Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme or 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt

Greek pasta with Sausage
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 links cooked chicken sausage (9 ounces), sliced into rounds
200g-8 ounces diced onion
1 clove Garlic, minced
225g-8 ounces no-salt-added tomato sauce
900g-32 ounces lightly packed baby spinach
600g cooked rotini pasta
60g-2 ounces chopped pitted kalamata olives
100g-4 ounces finely crumbled feta cheese
5g chopped fresh basil
Instructions
Heat oil in a large straight-sided frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add sausage, onion and garlic, cook, stirring often, until the onion is starting to brown, 5 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, spinach, pasta and olives, cook, stirring often, until bubbling
hot and the spinach is wilted.
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water, if necessary, to keep the pasta from sticking.
Stir in feta and basil, if using.

Salted Caramel Banana Chocolate Nice Cream Bar

Nice Cream:
▫️1 Banana
▫️2 tbsp Coconut Cream
▫️2 tbsp Tahini
▫️1 tbsp Maple Syrup
▫️1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Caramel Sauce | ~ Makes 1.5 cups:
▫️1 cup Almond Butter
▫️1/3 cup Maple Syrup⁠
▫️1/4 cup Coconut Oil⁠
▫️2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Chocolate Shell:
▫️Vegan Dark Chocolate Bar
▫️Coconut Oil
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
How To⁉️
▫️Blend all your nice cream ingredients until creamy smooth. Fill 2 of your ice cream molds and tilt on the side & freeze.
▫️For the caramel sauce, heat in a small saucepan on low to medium heat until evenly incorporated and smooth. This makes a huge batch so save the rest for other recipes! Check out my feed for ideas. Fill the remaining half of the ice cream mold & freeze.
▫️Melt your chocolate and coconut oil together. I did enough to fill a mason jar for easy dipping.
▫️Dip each bar into your chocolate and coat evenly. It should harden immediately.
▫️Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy!

▫️3 slices Pumpkin Brioche Bread
▫️1 Organic Pasture-Raised Egg
▫️1/4 cup Unsweetened Plant Milk
▫️Dash of Vanilla Extract
▫️Toppings - Sliced almonds, helps seeds, Greek yogurt, & Maple Syrup
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
How To⁉️⁠
▫️Add your egg, milk, & vanilla, to a small bowl. Use a hand blender (or fork) to blend it all together & make frothy.
▫️Lay your sliced bread in a large dish & pour over the milk mixture. Let it soak for about 5 mins.⁠
▫️Heat up a grill pan with coconut oil & cook the slices until golden brown on each side.⁠
▫️Serve with all your toppings!

Keto Red Velvet Fat Bombs
What we need~
3.5oz of Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate
4.5oz of Cream Cheese, softened
3.5oz of Unsalted Butter, softened
3 tablespoons of Erythritol
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
4 drops of Red Food Coloring
1/3 cup of Heavy Cream
What to do~
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a small pot of simmering water. Make sure that the bowl isn’t touching the water, as this will cause the chocolate to burn.
While the chocolate is melting, mix together the remaining ingredients with a hand mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes. Ensure the mix is fully combined.
With the hand mixer on low speed, slowly add the chocolate mixture to the other ingredients. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add the mixture to a piping bag and pipe the fat bomb mixture onto a lined tray. Set in the fridge for 40 minutes.
Whip the heavy cream and pipe 1-2 teaspoons onto each fat bomb.

▫️1 cup frozen Tropical Fruit (banana, pineapple, mango, strawberries)
▫️1/2 medium Avocado
▫️2 cups Spinach
▫️1 cup Unsweetened Nut Milk
▫️1 tbsp H**p Seeds & Flax Seeds
▫️Handful of Ice Cubes
How To⁉️
▫️Blend everything together in a high speed blender
▫️Top with berries and granola!
