Em 2025, a Fundação Dorina Nowill para Cegos iniciou as oficinas regionais para os municípios que receberam o kit LEGO® Braille Bricks e a formação para os educadores.
A I Oficina Regional foi realizada no município de Itu. O encontro reuniu 130 educadores dos municípios de Itu, Campinas, Tatuí, Salto, Capivari e Sorocaba, além de representantes da Instituição Adevisa e do Instituto Santa Luzia de Itu.
Ao longo da oficina, os participantes puderam vivenciar experiências práticas, exercitar a criatividade, fortalecer a colaboração e ampliar o contato com a leitura e a escrita em braille, de forma lúdica e inclusiva.
A atividade proporcionou um espaço de aprendizagem significativa, servindo como momento de consolidação do curso formativo e de experimentação prática, reforçando o papel do brincar como ferramenta essencial para a educação e a inclusão de crianças com deficiência visual.
Atualmente, 190 municípios brasileiros utilizam o LEGO® Braille Bricks nas escolas e pelos profissionais nas instituições especializadas em deficiência visual.

In 2025, Fundação Dorina Nowill para Cegos Dlaunched regional workshops for cities that received the LEGO® Braille Bricks kit and training for educators.
The first Regional Workshop was held in the municipality of Itu. The event brought together 130 educators from Itu, Campinas, Tatuí, Salto, Capivari, and Sorocaba, as well as representatives from the Adevisa Institution and the Santa Luzia Institute of Itu.
Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in practical experiences, exercised creativity, strengthened collaboration, and expanded their contact with braille reading and writing in a playful and inclusive way.
The activity provided a space for meaningful learning, serving as a moment to consolidate the training course and to experiment with practice, reinforcing the role of play as an essential tool for the education and inclusion of children with visual impairments.
Currently, 190 Brazilian cities use LEGO® Braille Bricks in schools and by professionals in institutions specialized in visual impairment.
