Eugenia in the kitchen:
A scientist against genocide but for Eugenia to have more good genes to serve us on Earth in the kitchen
A Scientist buys a lot of garlic to cook, he puts the garlic in a basket close to the window where there is sunlight and he leaves these there.
The garlic who after many months are still alive and springing he cuts the sprouts and makes the shrimp in garlic and oil, shrimp is not yet Krosher Shrimp no, but he makes the pasta in Garlic and Oil, he makes the boiled beans with garlic and onion, he makes the filet mignon in garlic,… many things with garlic… and the garlic who passes away he trows away in the ordinary garbage bin.
So the scientist that is 45 and looks 25 has many secrets. He eats only the garlics that survive!
The same thing he does with potatoes and etc… he gets that potatoes leaves in a basket close to the window. And after many months the potatoes who spring a sprout he fries and eat and the potatoes that pass away he throws away in the waste.
The same thing he does with the onion, he buys many onions, he leaves by the window where the sunlight shines and the onions that spring sprouts he uses to cook. The onions who rotten he trows away in the garbage.
This way he is eating food with vitality , he is eating food with life. He kills the garlic, he kills the onion, he kills the potatoes he kills the bean, he does not eat alive. He process. But he eats the one with more vitality, he eats the one with life… this way he gets the better.
This is Eugenia in the kitchen. This scientist is now 44 years old but people say he is 20 some other people say he is 25 and the others say he is 30 but alway very optimistic.
