Starting Something

From the age of ten, I’ve been growing things and now, at fifty, it just keeps getting better. Please hear me out.

I genuinely enjoy helping people, though I’ve noticed many prefer to be spoon-fed (no judgment… just an observation 😄).

We’ve created a WhatsApp group for anyone interested in growing something to eat, not to smoke… just kidding. Backyard gardening is very close to my heart ❤️, with my wife a close third (don’t tell her I said that).

This group is for those who are serious about improving their family’s health through real food. We won’t be adding people automatically, please join only if you’re committed.

We’ll be sharing simple, practical steps. We use no harmful chemical fertilizers and absolutely no pesticides. We also raise chickens, collect our own eggs, and have never used laying mash.

We make no claims that we can cure any cancer. That’s the job of your able immune system. What we do claim is a lack of understanding regarding chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation as a means of treatment for cancer. For example, cancer feeds and grows on sugar. If this was ever true, people that stop using sugar would be safe. But our creator designed our bodies to run on sugar to the point where even meat and plants can be converted to sugar. But you already know this. Make it make sense.

GROWING STRAWBERRIES
AGAIN 🍓 (Because We Didn’t Learn Last Time)

We didn’t plant as many strawberries this year, but they’re looking pretty good so clearly, we’re experts now. The wife and kids can’t wait to do something with them (still unclear what that will be, but it will definitely be messy).

We uploaded a video from one of the last harvest as proof of what happens when strawberries meet kids. This year, we’re growing the Fronteras strawberry variety, and big news… we officially have our first flower! 🌸

WISDOM BRINGS CHANGE

We once believed we fully understood how the body and mind worked, yet we foolishly overlooked the spirit, the part that binds us all together. Over time, we learned better.

We met people who had been through colonoscopies, chemotherapy, and radiation, experiences that can challenge anyone physically and emotionally. Yet again and again, their spirit surprised us with its strength. Many of you carry a powerful fight inside, just waiting for permission to awaken.

We have met people who arrived weary and unwell, unsure if they could push forward. But we have also seen the baby pictures, the wedding photos, the baby showers, the graduations, and the family celebrations, reminders that you decide your own path. You determine your future.

Never forget your guardian, the spirit within you. And for those who have chosen to invite us into their journey of healing, we look forward to walking beside you.

ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION
IS A HEALTH AND FAITH ISSUE

Even at fifty, I am deeply concerned by how widespread erectile dysfunction has become in The Bahamas. What is even more troubling is how it is being addressed or ignored.

Many men turn to unsafe pills, unregulated injections, or temporary fixes that do not address the root of the problem. Others simply avoid the issue altogether, allowing frustration, distance, and secrecy to grow within their homes.
