I didn’t achieve these changes with another quick fix. I achieved it by finally committing to the long game & creating a lifestyle I truly LOVED.

This was honestly so easy & so yummy! First time making tomato soup from scratch & it did not disappointđŸ€€ if you’re looking to make this super convenient, store bought tomato soup works just as well here!

Alsooo absolutely loving these pans & knife from đŸ€© so high quality & easy cleanup!! Thanks for sending them đŸ«¶

TOMATO SOUP (makes 4 servings):
- Cut 5 Roma tomatoes, 1 red bell pepper, 1 yellow onion and 1 head of garlic into chunks (quarters works).
- Add to a pan with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and 1 tsp olive oil. Bake at 425°F for 45 minutes.
- Blend it all together with 1-3 cups chicken or vegetable broth, 3/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese, and additional seasoning as desired (thyme, basil, red pepper flakes).
- Heat on low heat (be careful here- too hot will separate the cottage cheese)
âžĄïžMACROS for 1 bowl (makes 4 total): 2g fat, 10g carbs, and 9g protein for 95 cals🍅

GRILLED CHEESE (serves 1):
- Take 2 slices bread of choice (I’m using my whole wheat jalapeño cheddar sourdough that I made this day! For measurements, I use 3.5 oz of whole wheat sourdough)
- Top with 1.5 servings (6 tbsp) fat free cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- Heat on each side with a spray of olive oil until golden and melted
âžĄïžMACROS: 0g fat, 52g carbs, 22g protein for 290 cals🧀

But it wasn’t always like that- I spent YEARS stuck in an all-or-nothing cycle. I’d restrict all week and tell myself I’d just be more disciplined this time around
 but lo and behold, I’d be starving and deprived come Friday and would spiral out of control.

Now, I feel more confident and free than ever. Food used to genuinely control me & I can’t say how freeing it is to know I can enjoy whatever food I want (and I do!) & still hit my goals.

Balance is the key- but it’s easier said than done! The truth is, balance is a learned skill. It takes practice just like anything else. And that’s exactly what we help withđŸ©”

On repeattttt lately!! high protein snack idea when you want something savory, crunchy, and takes 2 minutes to throw together đŸ‘‡đŸŒ

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
2-3 mini cucumbers (sliced)
1/4 cup cooked white rice (optional)
1 tsp chili crunch
1-2 tbsp soy sauce

mix it all together and thank me later đŸ€

~200 calories | 14g protein | 13g carbs | 7g fat
