“Do I Really Need Knee Replacement Right Now?”
Not always.
Many patients with knee arthritis can avoid surgery or delay it with the right strategy.
Key questions we evaluate:
• How advanced is the arthritis?
• Where is the pain coming from?
• What treatments have already failed?
• What are your activity goals?
Surgery is sometimes necessary — but not always immediately.
Get clarity before committing to surgery.

Why Knee Pain Keeps Coming Back
If your knee pain improves temporarily but always returns, there’s a reason.
Pain medications and standard injections often treat symptoms, not the underlying joint problem.
For selected patients, biologic therapies aim to:
• Improve the joint environment
• Reduce inflammation
• Support healing processes
This is why some patients improve while others don’t — selection matters.
Wonder if you’re a candidate? Schedule a knee evaluation.

Knee Pain Does NOT Automatically Mean Surgery
Many people with knee arthritis or meniscal tears are told:
“Come back when it’s bad enough for surgery.”
What most don’t realize is that for the right patient, biologic treatments such as PRP, bone marrow aspirate, or microfat may:
• Reduce pain
• Improve function
• Help preserve the knee joint
• Delay or avoid surgery
These treatments are not for everyone — success depends on proper diagnosis and patient selection.
If knee pain is limiting your life and you want to explore non-surgical options, book a consultation.

The Biggest Mistake Knee Pain Patients Make
Waiting too long.
Many patients delay care until pain becomes severe — by then, options are fewer.
Early intervention can:
• Reduce inflammation
• Improve movement
• Slow progression of joint damage
Ignoring knee pain often leads to more invasive treatment later.
Address the problem early.
