Your supplement stack should change as your goals evolve.

Right now, my focus is simple:
• Building lean muscle
• Managing stress
• Getting good sleep

Two things will always matter to me:
• Maintaining gut health
• Supporting detox pathways daily

Those 2 are non-negotiables, regardless of the season I’m in.

There are also a few nutrients I don’t skip, EVER:
Magnesium.
Vitamin D.
Omega-3s.

They live on my shelf year-round.

Right now, I’m mainly relying on .g_sa to support my body and goals

Morning:
GutShield, PerformanceShield + NAC
→ Gut support, detox pathways, and muscle maintenance

Afternoon:
InflammationShield
→ B vitamins, magnesium complex, and anti-inflammatory nutrients to keep energy steady and my brain sharp

Evening:
StressShield + NAC
→ Nervous system support and deeper, more restorative sleep

Alongside that:
Vitamin D drops and Omega-3 oil daily.

This isn’t about taking everything.
It’s about taking what supports your current focus.

If it’s not simple, it’s not sustainable.

This is the high-fiber, high-protein breakfast I’m eating on repeat this month.

When you start your morning with:

• adequate protein
• fiber from real, colorful plants
• healthy fats
• and balanced carbohydrates

everything downstream gets easier.

✨ Energy becomes steadier
✨ Blood sugar stays more stable
✨ Cravings calm down
✨ Your gut microbiome gets fed
✨ Hormones have the building blocks they need
✨ A healthy weight is easier to maintain

And maybe my favorite benefit?

It eliminates food noise.

When your body is properly nourished, you stop thinking about food all morning.
You’re not chasing snacks.
You’re not white-knuckling hunger.
You’re not negotiating with yourself.

You’re steady.

This doesn’t need to be complicated.
If it’s not simple, it’s not sustainable.

What’s your go-to breakfast lately?👇

What did you do for yourself this weekend?👇

Hi, my name is Stephanie and it has been 8 days since my last workout.

And in all honesty, I have only trained once in the last 2 weeks prior to today.

I just finished a killer session and you would think by now I'd be beyond rookie errors but no...

Life happens and stupidity does conquer now and then.

Top tips:

👉 Something is always better than nothing. Get up, get dressed and get moving in any way that feels good to you. Movement is medicine, not punishment.

👉 Please fuel properly before and after a workout. Don't eat anything heavy within 60min of training but make sure you have fed yourself in the day. Post workout opt for anything protein heavy.

👉 Be proud of yourself for getting out there, moving your body and choosing to do uncomfortable things.

That is all 💙

Your environment plays a huge role in nervous system regulation and level of happiness.

After being away for 4 months, my home (and body) is in desperate need of a reset.

Research shows that women are also way more affected by clutter than men. Our mind and body feels cluttered when we see it externally.

This is No Bueno for regulated hormones.

A home reset doesn't need to talk all weekend. Small things make a big difference.

So follow along every day in my stories for the next 7 days and come reset your home with me.

It took me 4 months of being away to realize why I struggled so much last year with dry, dull hair.

My skin was also not as soft as it used to be, despite lotion and oils.

Turns out, it was my water.

Heavy metals, chlorine, flouride and a ton of other nasties live in our water and get directly absorbed into our skin when we shower.

Not only is this bad for hair and skin, but it clogs up your detox pathways and caused your liver to work harder. Having downstream effects on hormones, energy and even weight.

Invest in a good quality water filter, for your drinking water and your shower head.

There are a ton of affordable options online. I chose as it had really great reviews, came in many options and is easy to install.

I'll update you in a couple weeks on how its going.

Becareful what you wish for because it might just come true...

My soul is tired, not my body.

Living between different places comes with it's own challenges nobody talks about.

You're constantly changing routines.
You never fully settle.
Everything feels temporary.

And emotionally, you're never fully complete.

But it is the price you pay for having many places you can call home 💙🙏

But when you live like that long enough, your nervous system never fully exhales.

Sometimes what we call burnout, it just a deep need to feel safe and settled.

Thats one of the biggest things I'm working on this year.

If you've learned ways to support your nervous system when it feels unsettled,

I'd love to hear what helped you👇👇👇

P.S Excuse the puffy eyes, I've just gotten off a 15hr flight.

I've been away for 4 months and this is exactly what I'm ordering from the airport right now.

My cupboards are bare and I am not waiting a single second to start nourishing my body and supporting it to recover from a very intense week of travel.

These are non negotiables that you will find in my kitchen at any point.

Gut health, fiber and protein are my highest nutritional priorities and these are little hacks that help me hit my goal easily.

Probiotics
Salt
Bone broth
Magnesium
Beef protein
Longevity protein shake
All thinhs boosters

These are going to help my body manage the stress of travel, gut health, energy, sleep and get me back into rhythm much faster so I can be back in action ASAP.

I'm grateful for online shopping and convenience.

What are some of your non negotiable staples? 👇

12g Fiber - 30g protein - 5min

Whole foods will always be the foundation.

But when time is tight, this is one of my favourite ways
to boost fibre and protein quickly without overthinking it.

In just 5 min and 1 shake, I have already hit 50% of my fiber needs and 30% of my protein needs for the day.

My favourite fiber boosters:

Chia, flax and h**p seeds

Green banana flour

Acai, cacao or mushroom powder

Psyllium husk powder - but drink your shake fast if you add this.

Add one or add them all,

either way, you're increasing fiber and gut health

Simple, impactful, and realistic.

What if success was easier than you think?

Most high-achievers work hard, follow all the strategies, and still feel stuck, exhausted, or blocked from their next level.

The problem isn’t strategy—it’s what’s stored in your brain and energy field.

That’s why my friend, Dr Louise Swartswalter, is hosting a free masterclass:

💥Identify and clear subconscious blocks holding you back

💥Reprogram your brain and energy for clarity and abundance

💥Boost your brain power to scale your success effortlessly

This is not a mindset class—this is real, science-backed brain rewiring that creates instant results.

I am proof (along with thousands of others around the world) that her method works!

Unlimited You - The Roots

Hi, my name is Stephanie, author of Vitamin G Wellness Blog and Creator of Unlimited You - Holistic Health Coaching. I am an avid health and wellness enthusiast. Health and nutrition is something that has always interested me. However, I never full dove into these aspects until a few years ago when I decided to take full responsibility for my own health and improving my quality of life in every area available to me.

Unknown to me at the time, my journey started at the young age of 6 when I contracted Lyme Disease (a.k.a Tick Bite Fever). This is a fairy common disease, affecting over 30,000 people in the United States annually. After 4 weeks of treatment I had recovered and was back to normal, or so I thought. As it turns out the disease was never fully eradicated from my system and for nearly 20 years, wreaked havoc in my body, causing problems that are seemingly entirely unrelated to a silly tick. I struggled for many years with weight gain, fatigue, brain fog, skin and GI issues. In my mid 20’s when the abdominal pain had gotten too much for me to live with, I found functional Medicine. My functional medicine doctor immediately picked up the presence of the disease and, through multiply on site testing, was able to find various food sensitivities, liver, kidney and adrenal dysfunction and a multitude of gut and intestinal issues that were the cause of all my symptoms. He put me on an all-natural treatment plan to clean out my organs and repair the damage to my colon and within 3 months I had drastic improvements in my symptoms.

With the new knowledge and understanding I had gained from my doctor and the whole experience with functional medicine I decided to become the master of my own body and try to understand it at the deepest level possible. In an attempt to heal myself, I read and researched anything I could get my hand on regarding gut health, nutrition, mind body medicine and what is required in order for us to function AT OUR BEST.

I managed to lose 50 lbs and keep it off, drop my body fat by 10%, increase energy levels and get rid of acne for good. I spent 4 months living in China with the Shaolin Warrior monks learning about the mind body connection. How we think, move, and eat affects not only our body and mind, but every area of our lives down to our relationships and environment.
