: Last week, the Minister Hon. Dr. Michael Darville MP, Tall Pines and accompanying delegates toured healthcare facilities on the island of Cat Island, including the Stevenson Site, an 11,000 square foot clinic funded through the IDB project, and the Bight Community Clinic, funded by the Ministry of Health and Wellness.

Strategically located midway along the island, the Stevenson Site will significantly improve access to care for residents across Cat Island. The new Bight Community Clinic is now 99 percent complete and will soon provide the surrounding community with upgraded services and modern infrastructure.

These visits reflect continued investment in strengthening healthcare delivery and ensuring that residents of Cat Island have access to quality, reliable care close to home.
