A Story of Hope. A Story of Strength. 💙

This is Sean.

When Sean first came to us at BAPD, his journey was incredibly challenging. His arms were so contracted that his hands rested close to his ears, limiting even the simplest movements many of us take for granted.

But Sean didn’t give up.

With patience, persistence, and unwavering determination, he has made remarkable progress. Today, just a few months later, Sean is now able to hold a pen and write. A milestone that speaks volumes. Even more inspiring—he is beginning to feed himself independently at times.

This has not been an easy road. It has required resilience, effort, and courage every single day. But Sean has shown us what true perseverance looks like.

Sean, we are so proud of you. Your journey is a reminder to us all: progress may be slow, but it is always powerful.

Well worth the effort. Every step. Every win. Every breakthrough. Special thanks to Hannah from Genesis Physio who continues to work with our children.

Because of You, Stephon Can Walk 💕🙏🏻
Thanks to the generous support of donors, we were able to assist Stephon and his family during a critical time with accommodations, medication, and supported his special protein diet to aid his healing. After being accepted by Shriners and undergoing successful surgery, Stephon a child who could not walk, was now given the hope to walk.

This is the impact you make — changing lives beyond the classroom.
