This Thanksgiving 2025, DFH in partnership with Uplift Bahamas was honored to serve almost 500 hot meals to our community.

We are deeply thankful to Rev. Dr. Thompson and Transfiguration Baptist Church for their support and hospitality, and to every volunteer and partner who helped make this outreach possible. Thanksgiving is about gratitude and service, and we are grateful for the opportunity to uplift our community — one plate at a time.
