Confirmation Bias--when you conclude something to be true about a person based on your feelings, not facts, THEN you start looking for information to support that conclusion.

People that do this rarely realize they're manifesting these outcomes more than they are observing them in people independently.

This is why you have to be weary of people whose gut feeling has "never" been wrong. Something can't be right 100% of the time without inside assistance...

Your experiences create the foundation of your judgments. Your judgments create the foundation upon which you take action. Your actions determine the results and outcomes you get.

Your perspective is that powerful, so use it wisely.
