GRATITUDE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to Ana Tashi Dema, Ana Samten (B), Ana Samten (S), Ana Dechen, Ana Nidup, and Ata Tenzang for their generous contributions (listed in the attached picture) toward the construction of our Ambulance Garage and Patient Wheelchair Pathway.

Our sincere thanks also go to;
Ata Tshering of Trashigang Hotel for sponsoring the work lunch with a monetary contribution, Ana Dawa of Tobgay Tshongkhang for providing refreshments along with a monetary contribution and Ata Boning of Phuntshok Dargayling Hardware for donating MS pipes, plates and nails worth Nu. 6,300/-, and for kindly lending us a welding machine.

We further extend our gratitude to Mr. Tashi Yoezer and Mr. Sangay Tenzin, former nurses of this hospital, for their valuable contributions.

Our sincere appreciation also goes to Mr. Lhakpa Tshering, Accountant, OTG, for generously giving his weekend time and contributing his welding skills toward the construction.
We are equally grateful to Mr. Karma Thinley and his friend for donating and arranging the transportation of a truckload of sand.

In addition, we acknowledge the collective effort of every staff member, who contributed financially and worked tirelessly over the past few days and evenings, ensuring the successful completion of this project.

The Wheelchair Pathway and Ambulance Garage have been constructed in accordance with the standards set by the Bhutan Health Standard and Quality Assurance (BHSQA), with the aim of ensuring safer transfer of wheelchair-bound patients from OPD to IPD/MOT and protecting our ambulance-an indispensable asset for patient care and emergency services.

As this project was fully funded through personal contributions by the hospital staff, only your generosity alongside our limited internal collection has made this achievement possible.

This initiative was led by the QA Focal Person, Mrs. Sonam Dema, and the Ambulance Driver, Mr. Thukten Yoezer, who coordinated the donations, planning, and overall construction.

May your generous contributions, in every form, bring you continued blessings and prosperity. We pray that your lives remain healthy and peaceful, giving you fewer reasons to seek hospital services.

NB: We kindly request all visitors to refrain from driving on the cemented areas. Please park your vehicles responsibly within the limited uncemented space available and ensure that the ambulance pathway remains unobstructed at all times.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Tshering Chophel Sir, Telecom Manager, for generously offering a kettle and a vase to our Moenlha Phodrang. This thoughtful contribution has greatly eased the work of our caretaker, reducing the need to run between the Phodrang and the Administration Choesham for cleansing purpose.
May this meritorious act bring you abundant blessings from Medicine Buddha, and may you be graced with good health and a long, fulfilling life 🙏.
