Our life is too fast, slow down and do Yoga. Yoga takes you into the present moment. The only place where our life exists.

The body benefits from movement. The mind benefits from stillness. Move your joints every day. You have to find your own tricks, Bury your mind deep in your heart and watch the body move by itself.

YOGA IS DIFFICULT........?????

It's normal to have problems when you are just starting. The best things to do is keep working at it, and you will start to notice that you can do more poses and hold them longer 💪. If in a month or so, you still are having lots of problems than I am here la.

Yoga is not for the flexible. It's for the willing. You don't have to be flexible to do YOGA, YOU just have to be willing to shake the dust OFF and see what happens. When the breath wanders, the mind is also unsteady, But when the breath is calmed, the mind too will be still.

Don't wait for summer to feel you hot, we will make hot by doing Yoga and get many benefits from Yoga.

ZUMBA CLASSES REGISTRATION

Yoga Service In Bhutan start Yoga and Zumba classes registration for the month of JULY and AUGUST month. Please hurry up la we have limited seat, maximum we will take 15 participants only la. Yoga Service in Bhutan provide both Morning and Evening Yoga Class and we will also provide Zumba class one in evening that will be after Office hours la.

HALL LOCATION: Before we are giving Yoga Service in Paro Muscle Factory in center of paro town but now we have shifted to Paro Geptey near Paro Penlop gate, it's two minutes drive from town. If you are interested to keep yourself HEALTHY and FIT, YOU CAN JOIN US.

Timing :
Morning Yoga Class: 6:00-7:30pm
Evening Yoga Class : 6:00-7:30pm
Evening Zumba Class : Not decide

Duration: 1hour 30mins
Fee : 2500 per month

Important note: if you have one down line clients you will get Nu. 500 discount, if you have two you will get Nu.1000.
If you are not doing Yoga or zumba you can send the clients to do Yoga for back pain, knee pain, headache etc etc you all will get commission of nu 500 per person la.
