Balu-karpo or da-li meto (Rhododendron Anthopogon D. Don) is one of the ingredients used in making Bhutanese traditional medicines and is collected from Dagala through Jom Dagam Ngomen Tshogpa, a community group. Every year, this time of the year, officials from Menjong Sorig travel to Dagala for collection of Dali-meto.
