Sarai Holistic Care is a Lifestyle Medicine Clinic run by Dr Samba T Gwebe- Nyirenda,MD who is also a Health Coach and Mindfulness Facilitator. Our focus is empowering clients and community to reclaim wellness of body, mind and spirit through the evidence based pillars of Lifestyle Medicine that are known to prevent, reverse and generally ameliorate the consequences of chronic non communicable conditions (NCDs) such as High Blood Pressure, Diabetes Mellitus, High Cholesterol, Chronic Kidney Disease, Arthritis and Excess Body Weight. Mindfulness Based Interventions (MPI) promote present moment awareness and have been shown to help with anxiety, depression, Substance Abuse Disorders and generally improve the quality of life. Heath Coaching allows Sarai Holistic Care to individualize and tailor the support to each individual client
