🚭 A Call to Action: Protect the Health of Our Children
As Stop Smoking Support Group, we respectfully urge the Government of Botswana to expedite the implementation of evidence-based to***co control policies—particularly those regulating the use of vapes and hubbly among children and adolescents.

Stronger and timely action is essential to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our nation’s youth.

While millions of people are quitting to***co or choosing not to start, 1 in 5 adults remain addicted: http://bit.ly/46BQOui

In response to this progress, the to***co industry is fighting back with new ni****ne products, such as vapes, aggressively targeting young people.

World Health Organization (WHO) urges governments to act faster and stronger to implement proven to***co control policies.

Setse Go lokilwe!!

Did you know most of us eat way too much salt — and it’s quietly raising our blood pressure? 😬 High sodium intake increases your risk of heart disease and stroke, but the good news is: small changes can make a big difference! 🌿✨

Some some healthy tips:
1️⃣ Use salt sparingly — and go easy on salty sauces and condiments.
2️⃣ Skip or limit salty snacks (your taste buds will adjust faster than you think!).
3️⃣ Try a lower-sodium salt substitute if you don’t have kidney problems — but check with a health professional first.
