Mental Health support can start with small actions amongst each other
In our communities, we can build a culture of care by following three simple but powerful steps:
👥 Check In — Take time to ask how someone is really doing. A small conversation can open the door to healing.
🗣️ Speak Up — Challenge stigma and normalise talking about mental health. Silence helps stigma grow; open dialogue helps it fade.
🤝 Reach Out — Offer help or guide someone to professional support when they need it. No one should have to face their struggles alone.
Together, we can make compassion our daily practice , at home, at work, and in every community space.
