Why we feel tired...
There are several aspects that plays a role in our body feeling tired at the end of the day... Or waking up feeling a bit tired.
1. We might not be giving our body enough rest
2. We might not be giving our body enough nutrients
3. We might not be giving our body enough hydration.
For hydration.
Every morning after you wake up before you can ingest anything, make sure you drink approximately 3 cups of water, water should be at room temperature... And spend between 30min and an hour before you can ingest something solid
During your meals make sure that you use water to wash down what you have eaten..
During the day when your body gives a signal that it wants water make sure you hydrate.
Before you sleep make it a habit that you drink at least a cup of room temperature water...
If you follow these simple hydration steps your body will recover from excess fatigue and also stay hydrated.
NB: Remember your body is 70% water and you need water for other important bodily functions...

Training is a deliberate and delicate lifestyle that one has to adopt... For your body to reach desired fitness goals, there is considerable factors that have to come in play..
1. Time
2. Frequency
3. Intensity
4. Intervals...

1. Time for training has to be equivalent to what your body can endure. Some people spend lots of time in training but they don't get desired results and end up losing motivation to train. If you have staggered your fitness routine into a working time frame you will get desired results..
2. Frequency - Frequency is relatively proportional to time..frequency is how often and how many times... It is important to know how many sets and repetition on is going to do when training. Because muscles adapt.
3. Intensity - it is generally how hard you go on yourself.. The level of intensity is defined by body time and fitness level.
4. Intervals - it generally refers to rest periods between training sessions and also rest periods during training. It is important that one breaks after 3-4 days of training so as to let the body to recover.. It is also important to note that rest periods between sets is pivotal in picking the desired fitness.....

Fitness explained...

The terminology for fitness is being able to complete daily tasks without undue fatigue and having enough energy to finish the rest of the day off.
People who are fit are not fit by mistake. It is because their muscles have adapted to store energy that is needed for daily routines and also to complete the rest of the day.. Fitness comes about as a result of deliberate workouts that will make muscles store needed energy.
Energy that we use is mostly stored in our muscles... When a person executes a certain movement they use energy within their muscles storages... We therefore need to store enough energy in our muscles to be able to complete given task and have extra to finish our daily routines. Fitness does not come from exercises only, it also a subject of correct diet. Diet is not depriving body essential nutrients but rather supplying the body with such...

We will continue on the the update on what constitute a proper training plan and proper diet plan... Remember acquiring fitness should be a lifestyle not a once off thing...

This week we talk about fitness and how it can improve your general life and elongate your life span. We have been to Japan before and we have witnessed how they live. You will rarely see an overweight person in Japan. If it happens it is a rare occurrence. They lifestyle is built against fitness and good eating habits. As we go through out the week we will talk about how you can maximize your daily foods to bring the best out of you. You dont need to overhaul your food stuff, but you need to eat the right portions. The Art of Getting Along with people

When we hear about (or read about) the ideas people have, we can choose to agree, disagree or seek to understand. Agreement and disagreement is easy - which is why many people do it.

Taking time to reflect upon ideas that don’t quite ‘sit right’ with us takes time and effort, but is the only means by which we have our perspectives expanded.

When we are young and naive, we see things (and people) as good or bad, right or wrong, and have happy or sad days. We sometimes struggle to consider any perspective beyond our own.

As we grow and mature, we naturally become more abstract in our thinking and develop a vocabulary that’s significantly more flexible than ‘right’, ‘wrong’, ‘agree’, ‘disagree’, ‘good’, ‘bad’ etc.

Always be willing to explore ideas or situations that don’t initially make sense to you. Understanding WHY other people say and do what they do is a very useful way to deepen our own perspective.

Learning to disagree without being disagreeable is the secret to winning friends, being liked and getting along with people - whether in business, day-to-day relationships or interacting online.

It’s time for you to stop waiting for someone else to make a change. Magic wands that make everything suddenly better do not exist. Real change does not just happen without effort, hard work and intention.

Stop employing sentiments such as “I wish there were more people like this in the world” and instead start being that person in the world. Stop waiting for other people to take a stand, act on a matter or change society for the better. Stop sitting around waiting for other people to clean up messes and social problems and stop complaining when they don’t do them.

Change only ever occurs when the desire for change outweighs the desire to stay the same. Your lack of motivation, drive, productivity, success, love, friendship, money or happiness isn’t going to change without you driving 100% of the effort. So, start now.
