Keep ur back away from aches,
do not sleep on couches and beds wit big pillows... The back requires flat surfaces low close to the ground as this have your body having low strength from pull of gravity hence low strains. Also avoid sleeping on your side always start by litho posture(lying by back). Tea without milk and sugar is best at night as it has low carbohydrate but more warmth is what u need at night to help body carry out last processes of the day. This is an ongoing study..
