A patient came in with a significantly enlarged abdomen.
During surgery, we removed a very large uterine fibroid weighing 6.4 kg.

It was a busy day, but we successfully helped several patients with huge uterine fibroids—each measuring over 20 cm—undergo hysterectomy. Surgeries went smoothly with minimal bleeding, and no blood transfusions. The patients are recovering quickly,they will be able to be discharged as early as the day after the operation.

We did it — her uterus was saved.

Despite the large number and size of fibroids, we successfully removed 25 tumors during a 90-minute surgery, including one that had grown very deep.
The next day, when she learned that her uterus was preserved and that she still had a chance to become a mother, she cried tears of joy.
At that moment, every effort was worth it.

Last night, we performed an emergency laparoscopic surgery for a patient with an ectopic pregnancy. The procedure successfully removed 1200 mL of accumulated blood and excised the left fallopian tube lesion. For over a decade, our team has consistently employed emergency laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy cases, utilizing 5mm incisions to effectively address intraperitoneal bleeding.
