There is a war going on inside our bodies!
It's between our cells and parasites.
Parasites is the cause of so many issues we have on a daily basis. And if you are not de worming you have parasites.
Some we can see- this one that and others we can't see.

Pumpkin seeds and papaya seeds are my go-to. To get rid of parasites.
Eating a half cup of pumpkin seeds a day. and 3 papaya seeds per week. Try to swallow the papaya seeds whole.

Learn to fast!
Fasting is a very important part of our human existence.
If you want to heal the body and become healthy- start Fasting.
If you want to grow spiritually- start Fasting.
If you want mental clarity -Start Fasting.
If you want to stop stressing- Start Fasting.
If you want to learn to control your emotions-start Fasting.
If you want to learn discipline- start Fasting.
Fasting is not just meant for religious people.
It's a need and should be practiced by ALL people. 👏
