One problem in Botswana is that there is a tendency to ignore the talents of highly experienced and specialised professionals who want to assist. Sometimes it's out of poor jealousy, inexperience or ignorance.

There is also a tendency to have people in high positions who have no talent or qualifications to hold those positions. How do you hire a person who failed a bus driving licence to be in control of buses!

Around 50% of people presenting at health care facilities have musculoskeletal problems. Over 90% of these are non surgical. These include back pain, joint pain, ligament pain, tendon pain etc! These are often badly managed. The Botswana government will not engage me to assist but there is no need to suffer in silence. Phone 3694776 for help.

This remarkable lady is Agrieneth Masule. She is a teacher in Etsha. Every year she walks 252 km to raise awareness of the plight of the girl child especially in poor communities. May girls miss school because of their periods due to lack of sanitary pads. Since Agrieneth's campaign there has been 100% attendance by girls in schools she has touched.

I often see free condoms in public places but I have never seen free sanitary pads for girls. Therefore Botswana, an upper middle income country gives out free condoms so that means can have s*x but does not assist girls with a natural process! These results in girls having s*xual relations at an early age so that they can be given money for toiletries.
Those men in parliament need to have a mindset change and help young girls by providing free sanitary pads.

MOSO CLINICS donated about 500 pads to this campaign. In addition Agrieneth has done a course to manufacture reusable pads and therefore MOSO CLINICS donated a sewing machine.

Agrieneth collects throughout the year. She doesn't want money but the Sanitary pads. If you want to assist please call 75171696.
