Common Causes of Pain During Pregnancy
1. Round Ligament Pain
What to do:
Change positions slowly.
Avoid sudden movements.
Use a maternity support belt.
Apply a warm compress (not hot) to the area.
2. Back Pain
What to do:
Practice good posture.
Wear supportive shoes.
Sleep on your side with a pillow between your legs.
Consider prenatal yoga or physical therapy.
3. Pelvic Pain
What to do:
Avoid heavy lifting or standing for long.
Use pelvic support belts.
Try gentle exercises or see a physiotherapist.
4. Headaches
What to do:
Rest in a dark room.
Stay hydrated.
Use cold compresses.
Consult your doctor before taking any medication.
5. Leg Cramps
What to do:

This is a widely used diagnostic test 🩺 to examine for changes in organs, tissue and blood vessels 🔍This scan ultrasonically assesses the solid abdominal organs such as the Liver, Kidneys, Pancreas, Gallbladder, Spleen, Aorta, Bladder, (+/-) Prostate.

An abdominal ultrasound scan can help find the cause of a problem and it can also be used to monitor an existing condition/pathology 📈
