Only Omang should be used to register, section 10 of the electoral act .
Voters roll will be in the Kgotla for 42 days , for voters to prove check if their names are there .
It's there also to give recidents to check if this people indeed are permanent residents of the same area.

Voters transfer, it's done until parlement desolves, and can be done only by IEC .

QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS FROM CHAIRMAN SHADRACK TESELETSO TO HON. MP SETHOMO LELATISITSWE

1. New primary school update
HON S.T; The primary was moved to the recreational park from Phase 2 due to physical constraints in Phase 2 such as underground stones. The funds for the school are already approved with 65 million for the school and 25 million for staff houses
2. Storm water drainage and sewage water recirculation
HON S.T; The department of physical planning stated that Letlhakane had no drainage system plan therefore it was difficult to assess the flow of water. The department has so far had a Natural Disaster Plan meeting to attend to the matter.
3. Street lights
HON S.T; Most of the projects such as building of new roads and installation of street lights are submitted to the NDP but some projects like street lighys were halted due to zero budgetting(system where pending projects have to be finished first before progression to others) introduction system of projects allocations.
4. Police station;
HON S.T; The new proposed station is past tendering stage and all processes for beginning have been approved. The constructions are to begin any time from today.
5. Dikgosi infrastructure for example ablution blocks and leobo
HON S.T; Council has to attend to the needs of the dikgosi to ensure that their infrastructure is attended to.
6. Lucara Stadium
HON S.T; There were problems encountered with the previous contractor, of late a new contractor has been awarded the tender and is expected to begin during the early start of October
7. Vaccination rollout in Boteti
HON S.T; Currently 9000 doses have been rolled out in Letlhakane, another 9000 is expected next week
8. Slow or delay in government services by some officed espicially immigration, land board and inability to deliver services with reasons of shifts and Covid19
HON S.T; the situation will be taken into consideration and after full vaccination of all officers government will ensure that officers are presen
