💗 Common Discomforts & Tips:

Back Pain: maintain good posture, stretch gently, avoid heavy lifting.

Constipation: eat high-fiber foods, drink more water, walk daily.

Heartburn: eat small meals, avoid lying down after eating, reduce spicy food.

Leg Cramps: stretch before bed, stay hydrated, increase magnesium-rich foods.

Swelling (Feet & Ankles): elevate your legs, avoid standing too long, rest often.

Nausea: eat small, frequent meals; dry crackers before getting out of bed can help.

If pain becomes severe, swelling is sudden, or you feel dizzy or short of breath — see your doctor immediately.
