We have hit the second week of 2023 and a lot of us have started hitting the roadside, pathways, pavements and up Kgale Hill... Be weary of any pain around your knee joints as you increase your exercise intensity and if the pain is lingers on for too long I would advice your to see your Physiotherapist to sort it out before you loose your step and exercise momentum...

The beginning of the year marks the start of a lot of positive goals and aspirations for the year. We look at eating healthy, exercising, taking care of bodies and skin, watching our weight and mental health and wellbeing. But lets not forget that when it comes to sleep which is highly important to achieve these, we need to be sleeping in proper positions to avoid developing aches and pains which eventually affect our plans...
