‎Malaria continues to be one of the leading causes of illness and death among children in sub-Saharan Africa. As we mark World Malaria Day 2025, we at Masa Paediatrics renew our commitment to protecting every child from this preventable disease.

‎Malaria is more than a health issue — it’s a community issue. That’s why we are raising awareness among parents and caregivers about practical ways to protect children from malaria:

‎🔹 Consistent use of insecticide-treated mosquito nets
‎🔹 Eliminating stagnant water sources around homes
‎🔹 Early testing when symptoms like fever appear
‎🔹 Prompt access to treatment and follow-up care
