This represents a cluster of activities aimed at enhancing equitable participation of
South African people in the economy through targeted and integrated programmes. It is of prime importance for the NEDSA to emphasize the targeted interventions given the various associates of South African people that the organisation is intended to support. These interventions include inter alia in service training for all the graduates and Labour Activation Programs for the unemployed without any skill and Apprenticeships, the incentives that is given to businesses that are not creating any job for our citizens, needs to be reviewed, and the funds intended for youth subsidy can be used to help in this kind of initiative, we will look at all the goods that South Africa import sign agreement with the supply, to allow South Africa to duplicate those goods and manufacturer them here and create employment, there is also a huge market in second hand cars and written off cars, as way of imparting skills to the Unskilled Unemployable citizens to be professional Artisans in different trades at our training centers that will be established throughout the country, old buildings that the Government is not using should be used for NEDSA offices business support services which is done in the form of taking all willing businesses and manage them in a common ownership ,where we all combine our resources and buy stock of raw material in bulk so to buy at discounted cost ,enterprise development and finance, microfinance, cooperatives, group lending etc. Through this cluster of integrated interventions, the NEDSA will contribute towards enabling South African people to be active participants in the economy through the creation of economic opportunities and removal of barriers that impede their participation in the economy. The NEDSA will also support social enterprises (both for profit and not for profit) that focus on job development and placement, and other programmes that support economic development, including income generating activities.
