The celebration of life service for Phillip Devon Bowen will be held at St. Martins De Porress Church on Tuesday, 14th April 2026 at 2:00 p.m.

The body will be received at 1:00 p.m for viewing.

Interment follows at the Lord Ridge Cemetery.
