An upscale beach resort in Ambergris Caye is seeking a dynamic Spa Manager to join the Spa team. This role would suit someone who is an existing Spa Manager seeking a new challenge, experienced in all aspects of running a busy Spa that does not compromise on any aspect of the guest experience.

Main Responsibilities Include

The overall smooth running of the Spa
Monitoring Spa equipment and the cleanliness and hygiene of treatment areas to a 5-Star standard
To fully understand and promote all treatments and promotions

Knowledge & Experience Required

Previous 5-Star resort experience
Good business acumen with knowledge of P&L, Budgets, Health & Safety
Payroll management for staff
Maintaining stock control
Confident in a Spa environment leading a team
Experience in hiring, training and supervision of staff
Good interpersonal skills with a polite, friendly and approachable manner
Have a real passion for delivering a 5-Star experience for your clients

Key Qualifications & Skills

Qualification in Spa Management and/or a minimum of 3 years Spa Management experience ideally at a 5-Star resort.
Training background is a desirable quality
Commercial awareness
Strong Leadership skills to help mentor and lead a team & treatment rooms
A logical and organised approach as Manager, someone who our Clients’ staff will aspire to and totally respect and can get the best out of the existing team.
Flexible and adaptable on a daily basis to suit the needs of the business
