How to Self-Check:
1️⃣ In the shower — warmth relaxes the sc***um
2️⃣ Use both hands to gently roll each testicle
3️⃣ Know your normal (size difference is common)
4️⃣ Look for changes: lumps or bumps (usually painless), swelling, heaviness, or dull groin ache
5️⃣ Do it monthly — it takes less than 30 seconds
