The Ministry of Health and Wellness, in collaboration with its partners, has officially launched its first-ever Community Health Workers National Forum.

Health workers from across Belize have come together to share real, on-the-ground experiences from the communities they serve.

The forum creates a space for open dialogue, where frontline workers are raising key challenges and offering practical solutions to strengthen healthcare delivery.

Often serving as the only link between remote communities and the national health system, these workers play a critical role in ensuring access to care where it’s needed most.

Partners include PAHO Caribbean and UNICEF Belize.
