❤️ Daily morning yoga classes at 8 AM. On Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, you’ll also find an early Sunrise class on the schedule at 6.30 AM! As the days are getting warmer the early mornings are the best time for yoga. ☀️ From invigorating Vinyasa Flows to Gentle Slow Flows, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Fusion, you’ll find it all on this schedule.

❤️ Tuesday May 12, at 6.30 PM, join Liberty for a wonderful Sound Bath by candlelight. Let yourself be guided on a true sound journey! All you have to do is lie back and relax, while Liberty plays a wide range of different instruments for you. Sound baths have shown to have an amazing healing effect for both the body and the mind. Reserving your spot is required, you may do so here:
