Happy Sunday Caye Caulker🧘🏽‍♀️🌺 We have an exciting Yoga Schedule with a brand new class this coming week!

💜 Join us 6 days a week for 8 AM yoga classes, Wednesday through Monday (we’re closed on Tue).

💜 On Monday and Thursday we’re introducing our new Yoga Fusion class. This beautiful practice offers a dynamic fusion of traditional yoga poses and light strength training. All levels are welcomed! Yoga Fusion incorporates optional 1–5 lb hand weights to gently increase resistance, build muscle, and enhance endurance, all while maintaining the breath-focused, grounding elements of yoga.
