Followed by the funeral service which will be held at the Corozal Methodist Church at 3:00pm.

The interment will follow at the Mount Olivet Cemetery, Corozal Town.

All are invited to gather for a Repass after the burial at the Taylor's Residence to share memories and find comfort in one another.

Hoy Corozal despide a uno de sus hijos más queridos: Don Felipe Cauich, reconocido vendedor de tacos de cochinita por más de 50 años. Su nombre es sinónimo de tradición, trabajo y amor por lo que hacía.

Don Felipe no solo alimentó a generaciones con su deliciosa cochinita, sino que también dejó huella como hombre de campo, trabajador incansable, que incluso a sus más de 90 años seguía haciendo milpa, cuidando la tierra con la misma pasión de su juventud. También era conocido por su habilidad para hacer injertos, siempre compartiendo su conocimiento con humildad y generosidad.

Fue un ejemplo de esfuerzo, sencillez y dedicación. Su legado vive en cada rincón de Corozal, en cada taco que nos recuerde su sazón y en cada historia que hable de su entrega.

Hoy, damos gracias por su vida. Que descanse en paz, Don Felipe. Su memoria vivirá siempre entre nosotros.
