We hope that everyone is healthy and doing great in these unprecedented times. We appreciate your patience with us. Because of regulations and health requirements, we won't be opening until further notice. However, we are doing some deep cleaning and want to clear space. We urge all members who have things in the cubicle counter below to come and pick them up. You have until June 19th. After this date, we will be removing all items form the cubicle counter.

Yoga helps in controlling an individual’s mind, body and soul. It brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind; it helps manage stress and anxiety and keeps you relaxing. It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone. It improves respiration, energy and vitality. Practicing yoga might seem like just stretching, but it can do much more for your body from the way you feel, look and move. Due to the Covid 19 crisis at hand it is easy to despair and feel anxious, especially when we don't know when the pandemic will be officially over. We offer this video and following videos as a way to keep a positive mental health during these times together.
***While this video is primarily for 40+ individuals because of it's low intensity, this work out is great for any age group.
