Here, you can use your ideas and creativity to build something that reflects you, your country, or anything you believe in. Our sessions are only $15 per person. Not a fan of outdoor activities? No problem! Find comfort in our dynamic, interactive in door gym. Included in the price is a trainer and free water with membership. Also feel free to join us every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am for our Zumba classes as we dance until the sun comes up.

In a 40 minute session with a cost of $20, enjoy of our herbs such as Calendula for reducing inflammations and Comfrey root for moisturising that improve and relax your lower body.

Our wellnes retreat offers a stress,anxiety and depression relief service called 'qigong Exercise'. This type of exercise derives from ancient Chinese practises and offers physical, spiritual and mental benefits. For a fee of $15 a session, enjoy a one hour session filled with exercises that ease the mind, improve physics and clear negative energy.
