Hot stone massage-
60 min-$75.00 + 90 min- $95.00

Aromatherapy- add to any massage for $5.00
100% pure, therapeutic grade essential oils, exclusively from Biotone. Indian head massage- 30 min- $45.00

Spa Facial-
30 min- $40.00 + 60 min- $60.00

Full Body Wrap (spa service)- 60 min-$85.00

Hi, I’m Rebbecca!
I’ve always had a strong interest in health and wellness, which led me to become a Registered Massage Therapist. I graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2014 and I’m a member of the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba (MTAM).

I’ve been in practice here at Oak Island Massage Therapy since 2016, I’m passionate about helping clients reduce stress, ease pain, and improve overall well-being. Massage Therapy is a great way to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and support both physical and mental health.
Whether your goal is relaxation, recovery, or better mobility, I’m always ready to help you reach it.

Hi, I’m Tracy , Registered Massage Therapist and proud owner of Oak Island Massage Therapy.
I opened Oak Island Massage Therapy in August of 2008, when I was 23 years old. I graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy.

I have a special interest in oncology massage, as well as palliative and compassionate care.
I’m grief and trauma informed, and I bring that sensitivity into every treatment I provide.
My approach is always client centered, whether you’re looking for therapeutic treatment or simply a quiet space to relax and reset.

It’s probably fair to say I’ve developed a reputation for not talking during massage sessions, unless you want to! I leave the conversation up to you, because I know how rare and valuable quiet time can be. When you stop talking, so do I and my clients really appreciate that.

I also have additional training in myofascial cupping, foam rolling , pediatric massage, spa therapy, and mental health first aid.

Oak Island Massage Therapy is celebrating 17 years in business today! 🥳💝

My 23 year old self would be so proud 🥹 Thank you for putting your trust into me at such a young age with your health, I do not take that for granted.

Opening a business at 23 has been one wild ride- challenging, humbling, and hands down the most rewarding experience of my life. I’m incredibly grateful for the journey, but even more so for the clients past and present who continue to support us. It’s wild to think I’m 1 of the 3 original business owners on our Main Street here in IDC.

A huge thank you to Rebbecca and Cheyenne- your hard work, loyalty, and dedication over the years have meant everything.
No matter where life may take you in the future, I know you’ll do great things.
We have all been through some tough times over the years that we have worked through-losing loved ones and struggles with our own health but our commitment to client care never wavers, it’s something I truly admire about our team. You’ll always have my support, my appreciation, and a piece of this journey with you ❤️
